Job summary

Thistle Marble Arch, located just off Oxford Street, seeks a friendly Reception team member to warmly welcome guests and support them throughout their stay. The role focuses on front desk service, resolving queries and delivering personalized experiences with a proactive, calm approach.

Shifts are five days out of seven, including early and late slots. Experience with Opera is a plus, but dedication to guest satisfaction is essential for memorable stays.

• Work five days out of seven with a mix of early and late shifts.
