Job summary

The Thistle Trafalgar Square Hotel, part of Clermont Hotel Group, is seeking a friendly Front of House team member on a flexible, hourly basis. You’ll primarily work at the reception desk in London’s West End, delivering warm welcome, handling guest queries, and assisting with check-in and check-out.

Experience with Opera is a plus, but the emphasis is on proactive, calm guest service and the ability to work five days out of seven on a rotating shift, with early and late slots.

Qualifications

• Guest-focused front-of-house experience preferred.
• Ability to stay composed in a busy, guest-facing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and proactive attitude.
• Willingness to work a rotating shift pattern (5 days out of 7).

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests at reception and support check-in/out.
