Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Guest Experience Expert or Receptionist in a hospitality setting.
• Ability to stand, sit or walk for extended periods across a work shift.
• Oral, reading and written comprehension at work-related level.

Responsibilities

• Process guest check‑ins, assign rooms, and activate room keys.
• Co-ordinate with Housekeeping to track readiness of rooms.
• Answer, respond to, and process all guest calls and concerns.
