McArthurGlen Group in Ashford is inviting applications for a Guest Experience Advisor. This in-person role in our Designer Outlet focuses on welcoming guests, addressing inquiries, and solving problems on Saturdays, with a 6-hour weekly schedule.

We seek individuals with strong English, excellent people skills, and a customer-focused mindset. IT basics like email, Word and Excel are beneficial, and flexibility is required to cover full trading hours on a rota basis.
