Job summary

Whitbread is hiring a Ground Floor Team Member for Dundee West Premier Inn. You’ll welcome guests, help them check in, and support them with breakfast or dinner while keeping public areas tidy and welcoming.

Working 18 hours per week on a fixed-term contract, you’ll cover evenings, weekends and busy periods. The role is on-site in Dundee, with training and development opportunities as you help ensure every guest has a smooth stay.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is beneficial.
• Hospitality mindset and a friendly demeanor are valued.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in.
• Serve breakfast or dinner as required.
• Answer questions and help solve problems.
• Keep reception, restaurant and public areas tidy and welcoming.
• Support teammates across the hotel during busy periods.
• Make guests feel cared for from arrival to departure.
