Hilton East Midlands Airport is seeking a part-time Guest Service Agent to support Front Office and Food & Beverage. You will greet guests, check-in, issue keys, and assist with luggage while delivering warm hospitality.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests on arrival and check-in, issue keys, assist with luggage.
• Process check-outs, verify charges and handle payments.
• Provide knowledge about hotel services and local area.
• Upsell hotel services to maximize revenue.
• Work in Front Office and Food & Beverage when needed.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Respond to guest requests with care and urgency.
