Job summary

Nuffield Health is looking for a Front of House Team Member for our Aylesbury club on a bank, part-time basis. You will greet members and visitors, handle inquiries, and support the reception and café areas with a friendly, professional demeanor.

The role requires confident communication, empathy, and basic IT skills (Word/Excel). A lifeguard qualification or willingness to train may be needed during site covers.

Qualifications

• Confident and empathetic approach to customer care.
• Strong communication skills for face-to-face and phone interactions.
• Basic computer skills including Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional and efficient customer service to everyone who visits our club.
• Support the smooth running of reception and café areas.
• Help create a friendly, relaxing and professional environment.
• Give a warm welcome and answer queries in a caring, helpful way.
• Support the café team with preparing and serving healthy food and drinks.
• Be able to swim to a high standard and be willing to train on site for Lifeguard breaks.
