Job summary

Whitbread is recruiting for a Ground Floor Team Member at Gatwick Crawley Town Goffs Park. The role involves welcoming guests, checking in, serving breakfast or dinner, and ensuring a smooth stay. Location is 45 Goffs Park Road, Crawley, RH11 8AX.

The contract is permanent and hours are 10 per week, with shifts including evenings and weekends. Pay is up to £13.06 per hour. No two shifts are the same; training is provided and all guests are looked after from arrival to departure.

Qualifications

• No hotel experience required; friendly and able to stay calm when busy.
• If you’re friendly and enjoy helping people we’ll teach you the rest.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in
• Serve breakfast or evening meals
• Answer questions and help solve problems
• Help keep the reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best
• Support your teammates across the hotel when things get busy
• Make sure every guest feels looked after from arrival to departure
