Premier Inn in Swindon West is hiring a Ground Floor Team Member. You’ll welcome guests, help with check-in, serve breakfast and dinner, and ensure the hotel runs smoothly during busy periods. The role includes evenings and weekend shifts, with pay up to £13.06 per hour and a 24-hour weekly schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.
• Able to multi-task and stay calm during busy periods.
• Friendly and proactive approach to guest needs.

• Welcome guests and help them check in.
• Serve breakfast or dinner to guests.
• Answer questions and help solve problems.
• Keep reception and public areas tidy and welcoming.
