Premier Inn Birmingham Central (Hagley Road) is hiring a Ground Floor Team Member on a permanent contract, 20 hours per week, paying up to £13.06 per hour. You’ll welcome guests, check them in, serve breakfast or dinner and help ensure a smooth stay.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in
• Serve breakfast or evening meals
• Answer questions and help solve problems
• Help keep the reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best
• Support your teammates across the hotel when things get busy
• Make sure every guest feels looked after from arrival to departure
• No hotel experience required
• If you’re friendly, enjoy helping people and can stay calm when it’s busy, we’ll teach you the rest
