Qualifications

• No prior hotel experience required.
• Friendly and enjoys helping people; able to stay calm in busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and assist with check-in and inquiries.
• Serve breakfast or dinner and help guests during their stay.
• Keep reception, restaurant and public areas tidy and welcoming.
• Support teammates when the hotel is busy.
