Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and assist with check-in
• Serve breakfast, meals and bar drinks
• Answer guest queries and resolve issues
• Keep reception, restaurant and public areas tidy and welcoming
• Support colleagues across hotel as needed
• Deliver excellent customer service from arrival to departure
