Premier Inn is hiring at our Jersey property in St Helier, located at Merchants Square, Bath Street. You’ll be the friendly face, helping guests check in, serving breakfast and meals, and answering questions to ensure every stay is great.

No two shifts are the same—you may welcome families, offer local recommendations, or help guests with any queries while keeping reception, the restaurant and public areas looking welcoming.

• Answer guest queries and resolve issues
• Keep reception, restaurant and public areas tidy and welcoming
• Support colleagues across hotel as needed
• Deliver excellent customer service from arrival to departure

Be the friendly face of Premier Inn, welcoming guests, helping them check in, serving food and drinks, and ensuring every stay is a great one. No two shifts are the same. You could be assisting families arriving for a holiday, serving breakfast, recommending local attractions, or helping guests with any questions during their stay.
