Job summary

Premier Inn in St Helier is seeking a friendly front desk host to welcome guests, handle check-ins, and support guests with queries to ensure a great stay. You will also assist with breakfast service and bar offerings in a busy hotel environment.

Full training is provided, no hotel experience required. Stay calm under pressure, deliver warm service, and collaborate with colleagues across the hotel to ensure smooth operations from arrival to departure.

Job description

Be the friendly face of Premier Inn, welcoming guests, helping them check in, serving food and drinks, and ensuring every stay is a great one. No two shifts are the same. You could be assisting families arriving for a holiday, serving breakfast, recommending local attractions, or helping guests with any questions during their stay.
