Job summary

Premier Inn is looking for a Ground Floor Team Member in Manchester (Tameside Hyde). In this role you will welcome guests, help with check-in, and provide breakfast or dinner service, including bar work and serving drinks.

You’ll answer questions, resolve issues, and keep public areas tidy to ensure a smooth stay for every guest. Shifts vary and you’ll move between reception, restaurant, and other hotel areas.

• Welcomes guests and checks them in
• Serves breakfast or dinner, including working behind the bar and serving alcoholic drinks
• Answers questions and helps solve problems
• Keeps reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best
• Supports teammates across the hotel when things get busy
• Ensures guests feel looked after from arrival to departure
