Job summary

Valor Hospitality is seeking a friendly Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team and help deliver memorable dining experiences for guests. You will assist in preparing and serving food and drinks, maintain clean dining areas, and respond to guest inquiries with a smile.

This role suits someone who communicates well, works efficiently in a busy environment, and is flexible to shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages to guests in an efficient and pleasant manner.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining areas, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving complaints promptly and professionally.
Support the Food and Beverage team in all operational duties, including setting up and clearing tables, restocking supplies, and assisting with inventory management.
Assist in the coordination and execution of events and special functions.
Ensure all areas are well-stocked and presented impeccably at all times.
