The iconic Radisson Blu Hotel Glasgow is recruiting a Guest Service Assistant to join our Truly Talented team. Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you will greet guests warmly, handle requests, and contribute to a high standard of service in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll work with a supportive team, develop your skills, and enjoy benefits including a Real Living Wage and staff discounts. This role is based at Glasgow and requires right to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Truly passionate about the Hospitality Industry.
• Previous experience as a receptionist is preferred but not necessary.
• Ability to understand our guests’ needs to create exceptional service experiences, that result in lasting memories.
• Excellent personal presentation.
• Ability to function independently with a minimum of supervision.
• Excellent communication skills, the ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
• To be an enthusiastic team player with a flexible approach.

Responsabilités
