Job summary

ATG Entertainment UK is seeking a Casual Assistant Customer Experience Manager in Manchester to lead the Front of House team across two venues. You will drive outstanding guest service, manage supervisors on shift, and collaborate with venue staff to maximise guest satisfaction and revenue.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a customer-focused team in a live event or venue setting.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and problem resolution.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to supervise staff and interact with guests, promoters and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Lead Front of House operations on shift, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
• Manage and develop Supervisors, monitor performance and ensure training.
• Drive sales by promoting products and packages during performances and events.
• Oversee staffing, attendance, and adherence to licensing, hygiene and safety standards.
