Job summary

Signature, part of Mitie, is seeking a friendly Guest Experience Ambassador to be the face of our client's workplace. In this part-time role (25 hours/week) you will deliver an exceptional welcome, create memorable interactions and support colleagues with information and guidance.

You will manage visitor journeys, access and enquiries, while upholding security standards and a warm, professional presence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, front of house, concierge, workplace experience or corporate reception environments.
• Passion for creating positive experiences and memorable moments.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Naturally warm, confident and professional approach.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to remain calm and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and workplace technology.
• Willingness to obtain and maintain Security Check (SC) Clearance.
