Job summary

Merlin Entertainments is seeking an Accommodation Manager at LEGOLAND Windsor Resort to oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring a seamless guest stay across reception, concierge and leisure.

You will lead and develop a high-performing team, drive guest satisfaction, and collaborate with wider resort operations, while rotating as Hotel Duty Manager and maintaining health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in accommodation, hotel, or resort operations including housekeeping and front office.
• Proven leadership with ability to develop high-performing teams.
• Guest-focused mindset with passion for exceptional experiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong operational and organisational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across the accommodation function.
• Lead Front of House, Reception, Concierge and Leisure and collaborate with resort teams.
• Coach, develop and inspire team members to deliver their best.
• Monitor guest satisfaction, respond to feedback and resolve issues.
• Rotate as Hotel Duty Manager and ensure health, safety and risk compliance.
