Royall is seeking a Senior Event Manager or Senior Event Producer to lead complex, mid-to-large scale events in a hybrid London/Leeds setting. The role covers both the glitter of live event production and the glue of logistics, budgeting and operations.
You’ll manage client briefs, plan end-to-end experiences across live, virtual and hybrid formats, and collaborate with creative teams to deliver impactful conferences, roadshows and awards. UK-based with office presence in London or Leeds.
Senior Event Manager | London / Leeds | Hybrid (2–3 days in the office)
OR Senior Event Producer
MUST HAVE EVENT AGENCY EXPERIENCE WITH VIRTUAL AND HYBRID EVENTS
You know when an event just works? That's no accident.
Behind every seamless conference, brilliant brand experience or perfectly executed roadshow is someone who’s thought of pretty much everything.
The timings. The suppliers. The budget. The last‑minute change of plan. The client who’s just had a new idea 48 hours before doors open.
Sound familiar?
We're looking for a Senior Event Manager or Senior Event Producer who knows their way around an agency, loves getting stuck into the detail and can take an event from an initial scribble on a brief to the moment the last guest leaves. We are looking for an events professional that can manage the 'glitter' event production as well as the 'glue' logistics and operations.
You’ll be joining an independent events and comms agency working with ambitious organisations navigating big moments of change. The work is varied, the thinking is smart and events are about much more than simply getting people in a room. They’re about creating experiences that shift thinking, build connection and make things happen.
So, what will you actually be doing?
What we're hoping you'll bring
You’ll have solid agency experience and be comfortable taking the lead on complex, mid-to-large-scale events. You understand production, logistics, health and safety and the realities of delivering live experiences.
You’ll also have a trusted network of suppliers and venues, a commercial head on your shoulders and the confidence to challenge a brief when you know there’s a better way.
Just as importantly, you’re someone people enjoy working with. Calm when things get hectic, curious enough to challenge the obvious and confident enough to make decisions when the pressure is on.
The practical bits
You’ll need to be UK-based and have the right to work in the UK. Standard pre-employment checks apply.
