Job summary

The Marylebone is seeking a passionate Security Manager to lead hotel security and safety operations in London. You will ensure guest and staff safety, monitor CCTV and security patrols, and coordinate with department leaders to uphold the highest standards of security and service.

Responsibilities include emergency response, incident investigations, maintaining records, and supporting business continuity while delivering Forbes and LQA-aligned service.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage hotel security systems, including CCTV operations and regular security patrols.
• Ensure the safety of guests, colleagues, assets and premises at all times.
• Respond to emergencies such as fire alarms and evacuations; assist with investigations.
• Maintain security records and reports in line with procedures.
• Support cash handling security processes and monitor property removal.
• Collaborate with department leaders to maintain a safe working environment.
