Mercanis is launching the GTM Scaling Program in the UK, offering a 12-month structured training that blends top-tier consultancy rigor with startup pace. You will contribute to expanding Mercanis into the UK market from Berlin to London, learning to build and execute B2B sales strategies with direct impact and ownership.

The program culminates in an Account Executive role backed by mentoring from senior AEs.

Qualifications

Analytical and strategic thinking demonstrated through prior experience or internships.
Ownership mentality with initiative and accountability.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Interest in AI, SaaS and digital business models.
Willingness to relocate to Berlin and London as part of the program.

Responsibilities

Phase 1: build strategic foundation by studying market, product, and competitors.
Phase 2: own your pipeline with data-driven account strategies and multi-channel outbound.
Phase 3: manage complex deals with MEDDIC/BANT and value-based selling.
Phase 4: move to London with full territory ownership and high-impact GTM responsibilities.]
