Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Programme Manager to own the end-to-end Go-to-Market operating model. You will lead cross-functional work streams across Product, Marketing, Commercial, Sales Enablement and Customer Operations to deliver a structured approach for launching new products and commercial initiatives.

You will design, embed GTM playbooks, governance and ownership, and facilitate workshops while balancing priorities and influencing senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience leading GTM or product-led programmes across functions.
• Strong governance, RAID, milestones and benefits realisation.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end GTM operating model development.
