Job summary

Multiverse seeks a strategic People Partnering lead to drive commercial performance through strong people decisions. You’ll partner the CRO and GTM leadership, turning targets into actionable workforce plans, coaching managers, and ensuring rigorous performance cycles.

Qualifications

• Experience partnering quota-carrying sales organisations at a playbook or MEDDICC level.
• Led efficiency inflections to reduce costs while preserving revenue.
• Fluent in GTM metrics: ramp time, attainment, revenue per head, attrition costs.

Responsibilities

• Partner the CRO and Sales leadership on performance, productivity and team effectiveness.
• Translate targets into people plans to move metrics.
• Coach managers, enforce high performance, and push for correct decisions.
• Shape GTM org design, role clarity and leveling for efficiency.
• Collaborate with Revenue Ops, Reward and Finance on comp structures and quotas.
• Own performance cycles, calibrations and promotions across GTM.
• Drive early action on performance management and build managerial capability.
• Provide AI-enabled tooling to reduce operational load in partnering.
