Job summary

Soldo is seeking a GTM Business Operations Analyst to design, improve, and scale the operational processes powering the GTM organisation. You will work across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Onboarding, Pricing & Billing to identify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions that enhance customer and employee experience.

You will analyse operational data, partner with stakeholders, and support the launch of new GTM motions and cross-functional initiatives in a fast-moving SaaS

Qualifications

• Must have in-depth experience in Business Operations, Operations Analyst, RevOps or similar roles.
• Strong process mindset with ability to identify inefficiencies and design scalable improvements.
• Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced operational environments.
• Excellent problem solving, organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Continuously identify opportunities to improve GTM processes across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Onboarding, Pricing & Billing, and related operational areas.
• Support process redesign, analyse existing workflows, simplify more scalable processes.
• Analyse operational data and stakeholder feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support launch of new GTM motions, operational models and cross-functional initiatives.
