Job summary

Aptitude Software Limited is seeking a GTM Field Enablement Manager for Fynapse in London. You will own onboarding, industry-focused curricula, and certification across AEs, BDRs, SEs, and account managers, driving faster ramp and strong business-case usage.

You will craft scalable enablement for regional markets, mentor teams, and ensure the migration narrative aligns with client needs while maintaining high standards as the product evolves.

Qualifications

• You have sold finance software into banking and financial services, insurance, SaaS or regulated sectors.
• You can translate a technical platform into a buyer-relevant narrative for CFOs and leaders.
• You are pipeline-literate and data-driven, able to analyze calls and pipeline metrics.
• You have experience enabling distributed GTM teams across time zones.
• You excel at facilitation, coaching, and embedding knowledge in teams.
• You can articulate business value and ROI to senior finance stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the onboarding journey for new GTM hires across roles and markets.
• Design role-specific enablement paths and certification criteria.
• Build verification processes to prove readiness before first meetings.
• Coach teams to shorten time to first qualified opportunity.
• Teach value propositions, buyer maps and business-case construction.
• Adapt curriculum for regional realities in NA, UK&I, and AU.
• Migrate and align migration conversations with existing clients and sponsors.
• Maintain and update the standard as product and market evolve.
