A leading consulting firm is seeking a GTM Engineer to lead digital marketing campaigns that generate leads while ensuring the efficient operation of their marketing stack. The ideal candidate will have strong B2B marketing experience and technical skills to manage a variety of tools including Clay and Lemlist. This role plays a critical part in designing campaigns that drive revenue and requires an individual with a growth mindset.
We are hiring a GTM Engineer to lead the build and execution of digital marketing campaigns that generate leads and support sales across our consulting business. You will operate as the technical lead across our marketing stack, helping us deploy multi-channel campaigns at scale using tools such as Clay, Lemlist, ElevenLabs, and others.
This role sits at the intersection of sales, marketing, and technology. You’ll design, execute, and optimise data-led campaigns that help us reach decision-makers, generate high-quality meetings, and convert interest into new business. As we build new advisory offerings, speed-to-market and lead generation are critical. This role will be central to designing and running the marketing engine that supports our growth. You’ll be the technical expert behind the campaigns, and a core enabler of revenue.
