Job summary

HowNow is hiring a GTM Engineer in London to own the systems that place the right accounts with the right people, ensure leads are scored and routed, and manage HubSpot as the system of record. You’ll build automated outbound workflows, enrich data, and leverage AI to accelerate growth across 30+ countries.

You’ll work with Marketing and Sales to optimize attribution, reporting, and the GTM tech stack end-to-end.

Qualifications

• Two or more years in GTM engineering, growth engineering, revenue operations, or outbound-heavy demand generation, with systems you can point to and walk us through.
• Hands-on with the modern GTM stack: enrichment and list building, sequencers, no-code automation, and HubSpot specifically (workflows, lists, reporting, keeping it clean as the system of record)
• Comfortable with APIs, spreadsheets, and SQL at depth, and light scripting. You debug a broken workflow rather than upscale it
• You understand the difference between fit and intent, and you've built or worked with logic that scores and routes leads based on both, not just static lists
• You've owned a GTM tech stack end to end: choosing tools, integrating them, and retiring the ones that don't earn their place
• Comfortable partnering with Marketing and Sales rather than working around them. You see attribution, campaigns, process fixes, and lead routing as shared problems, not a handoff
• Genuinely fluent in AI tools for GTM: you're using them to build and ship, not just to draft emails faster

Responsibilities

• Build our outbound growth engine: own list building and targeting, design and build automated outbound systems, and connect the stack into HubSpot
• Build the intent-driven lead conveyor belt (Project: No Lead Left Behind): partner with Marketing to score and route every lead by fit and intent
• Speed up the sales process by eliminating manual steps via automation, AI, or improved processes
• Own HubSpot and baseline reporting: keep HubSpot clean, track pipeline and conversions, and collaborate on attribution with Marketing
• Own the GTM tech stack end to end: evaluate, select, and retire tools as we scale, ensuring alignment across Sales, Marketing, and Product
