Job summary

Jobtailor in London is seeking a GTM Engineer to design and run automated outbound systems, own the GTM tech stack, and partner with Marketing to propel demand generation.

You will build intent-driven lead scoring and routing, maintain HubSpot as the system of record, and implement scalable automation across data, APIs, and reporting while collaborating with Sales and Product. Hybrid work two days in-office.

Qualifications

• Two or more years in GTM engineering, growth engineering, revenue operations, or outbound-heavy demand generation.
• Hands-on experience with enrichment and list building, sequencers, no-code automation, and HubSpot, including workflows, lists, reporting, and maintaining data cleanliness.
• Comfortable with APIs, spreadsheets, SQL at depth, and light scripting.
• Experience scoring and routing leads based on fit and intent.
• Experience owning a GTM tech stack end to end, including selecting, integrating, and retiring tools.
• Must work in a hybrid arrangement with two days per week in the London office.

Responsibilities

• Own the GTM stack and its integrations with HubSpot.
• Build an intent-driven lead conveyor belt that scores and routes inbound and outbound leads by fit and intent.
• Partner with Marketing on automated lead infrastructure.
• Identify and automate manual, repetitive steps slowing the sales process.
• Own HubSpot as the system of record.
• Maintain reporting on pipeline, conversion, and deal-stage bottlenecks.
• Use reporting data to improve the GTM system.
• Partner with Marketing on attribution data and tracking.
• Evaluate, select, integrate, and retire GTM tools as the company scales.
• Connect Sales, Marketing, and Product to ensure systems are adopted.
