Job summary

AlphaLoops Ltd. is seeking a GTM Engineer to own the data stack behind the sales motion, enabling measurable growth and predictability. You will manage the warehouse, attribution, and pipeline reporting, while building tooling for outbound sequences and lifecycle automation.

You will collaborate with founders, AEs, and the team to implement experiments on ICP, outreach, and packaging, delivering practical improvements that scale across the GTM function.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a GTM Engineer, RevOps lead, or Forward Deployed Engineer at a B2B SaaS company.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce or HubSpot, dbt or similar warehouse tooling, and Python or TypeScript.
• Strong analytical and writing skills; able to communicate clearly with both sales and engineering.
• Bias toward shipping practical, measurable improvements.

About the role

You'll build and operate the systems behind sales: CRM, warehouse, attribution, lifecycle automation, and outbound tooling. You'll work between Eric, Tys, and the AE seat to ensure GTM has the data infrastructure and tooling it needs to grow predictably.

What you'll do
