Job summary

FBI &TMT in London is seeking a GTM Engineer to join our client’s AI-focused tech team. This permanent role requires presence in the office four days a week and reports to the founders.

You will build market insights and automate lead sourcing, enrichment, deduplication, and scoring, while developing internal tools to support sales and marketing operations. Strong coding with Python or TypeScript and experience with LLMs are essential.

Qualifications

• Production coding experience in Python or TypeScript.
• Ability to query databases independently and work with APIs.
• Experience with LLMs and building beyond prompts.
• Commercial sense for sales/marketing funnels.

Responsibilities

• Map the UK agency market and maintain accurate market insights.

Job description

Our client, a pioneering technology company in the AI sector, is seeking a talented GTM Engineer to join their dynamic team in London. This is a permanent role requiring a presence in the office four days a week. The successful candidate will report directly to the founders.,

• Build and maintain an accurate and detailed picture of the UK agency market.
• Automate sourcing, enrichment, deduplication, and scoring of leads.
• Develop systems to automate sales administration tasks.
• Create and maintain systems to manage marketing operations, including audience data and channel-level tracking.
• Ensure the commercial data is accurate, current, and traceable to source.
• Identify and automate costly manual processes across various business functions.
• Develop internal tools that the team will adopt, ensuring reliability and effectiveness.
• Must Have:
• Real developer experience, including writing production code in Python, TypeScript, or similar.
• Proficiency with APIs and data, and the ability to query databases independently.
• Experience with LLMs and demonstrated ability to build beyond simple prompts.
• Commercial instinct with a strong understanding of sales and marketing funnels.
• High ownership and a proactive approach to shipping workable solutions.
• Ability to identify business issues and translate them into actionable insights.
• Also Great:
• Background in technical product management, technical sales engineering, or growth engineering.
• Experience with modern go-to-market tools such as CRM automation and enrichment platforms.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, particularly within property or similar vertical markets.
