Job summary

Apollo Research in London is seeking a Go-To-Market Associate to own the top of the funnel for Watcher, our coding agent security product. You will identify target accounts, tailor outreach, and run outbound experiments alongside the GTM lead from day one.

This startup role is hands-on and can evolve into deals, GTM operations, or partnerships as you grow with the team. You’ll collaborate with product and security researchers, travel for conferences, and drive pre-show outreach and post-event

Qualifications

• 2+ years in commercial, sales, go-to-market or business development.
• Experience in a startup without a playbook and ownership mindset.
• Comfort with rapid, ambiguous environments and taking initiative.
• Interest in coding agents and ability to discuss with security engineers.

Responsibilities

• Own top of funnel and outbound, researching target accounts and messaging.
• Plan and execute conference strategy, from outreach to follow-up within 48 hours.
• Maintain CRM hygiene, run experiments, and build top-funnel reporting.
• Turn repetitive tasks into tooling and own GTM initiatives.
