Job summary

Listen Labs is hiring a GTM Associate to join as a founding member of the EMEA GTM team. You’ll contribute to deal strategy, create exec-ready narratives, and build sales assets to accelerate engagement with top accounts from London. This is a founding role with broad ownership, crafting playbooks and processes for the EMEA region.

The role requires high energy, ambiguity tolerance, and a passion for scaling a fast-growing GTM function in a world-class AI research company.

• Build and maintain sales assets – custom demos, custom slides, case studies.
• Support competitive intelligence, vertical playbooks, and product marketing alignment for the EMEA market.
• Ensure eng demos are polished and sales-ready.
• Create materials for deal reviews and executive meetings.
• Help stand up EMEA GTM processes and playbooks as a founding team member.

TL;DR: We're hiring a GTM Associate to join as a founding member of our EMEA GTM team. This will give our Revenue org leverage on our top target accounts through deal strategy, sales assets, and exec-ready narratives.

What You'll Do

• Provide leverage for our Founding GTM team as we work deals with our top target accounts.


• Help prep account plans, deal strategies, and exec-level narratives.


• Build and maintain sales assets – custom demos, custom slides, case studies.


• Support competitive intelligence, vertical playbooks, and product marketing alignment for the EMEA market.
