Listen Labs is seeking a Senior Recruiter to own and scale full-cycle recruiting across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. You’ll partner with founders and hiring managers to shape hiring strategy and build process from 0→1, defining what great looks like for GTM at Listen Labs.

You’ll shape outreach, craft brand narratives, and lead sourcing strategies, taking ownership of candidate experience from first touch to close and guiding offer strategy with founders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across GTM/business roles.
• Experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
• A mix of agency and in-house experience is a plus.
• Proven track record of sourcing and closing top talent in competitive markets.
• Strong storytelling and written communication skills.
• Analytical mindset — you think in funnels, conversion rates, and data.
• Bias for action: you thrive in a fast-paced, founder-led environment with minimal structure.
• Deep care for candidate experience and team partnership.
• Willingness to work in person 5 days a week in SF.

TL;DR:

We’re looking for a Senior Recruiter to own and scale all business-side recruiting across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. You’ll partner closely with founders, hiring managers, and interviewers to drive full-cycle recruiting — from sourcing and outreach to offer and close.

This is an opportunity to build from 0 → 1: to shape hiring strategy, create processes, and help define what "great" looks like across GTM at Listen Labs.

What You’ll Do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles.
