Listen Labs is seeking a Senior Recruiter to own and scale all business-side recruiting across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. You’ll partner with founders, hiring managers, and interviewers to drive a complete recruiting lifecycle—from sourcing and outreach to offer and close.

What You’ll Do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles.

• Craft compelling outreach and brand narratives that reflect Listen's mission and craft.

• Build sourcing strategies and talent pipelines across functions and levels.

• Drive an exceptional candidate experience from first touch to close.

• Partner with founders on offer strategy, comp bands, and closing.

• Maintain data accuracy and reporting in Ashby (pipeline health, pass-through rates, source mix).

• Continuously improve interview processes, scorecards, and recruiting collateral.

• Represent Listen Labs at events and through outbound initiatives to attract top talent.

Who You Are

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally across GTM/business roles.

• Experience in a startup or high-growth environment.

• A mix of agency and in-house experience is a plus.

• Proven track record of sourcing and closing top talent in competitive markets.

• Strong storytelling and written communication skills.

• Analytical mindset - you think in funnels, conversion rates, and data.

• Bias for action: you thrive in a fast-paced, founder-led environment with minimal structure.

• Deep care for candidate experience and team partnership.

• Enjoy working in person 5 days a week in SF.
