Job summary

Eucalyptus is expanding its digital experimentation programme across core surfaces, including landing pages, assessment flows, activation and onboarding. You will own a structured, always-on experimentation roadmap driven by data and patient insights to improve the patient experience and outcomes.

You will combine quantitative signals with qualitative research to decide what to test, and you will communicate learnings that shape the next hypotheses and roadmap priorities.

• Framework for deciding what to test and why
• Statistical literacy and rigorous use of significance
• Systematic hypothesis builder with clear questions and outcomes

Responsibilities

• Turn data and insights into sharper hypotheses using multiple signals.
• Build and own a structured experimentation programme with clear hypotheses and milestones.
• Collaborate with design, product, growth marketing and clinical teams to ship tests.
• Maintain a living roadmap and update it based on learnings.
