Job summary

Eucalyptus seeks an exceptional Search Lead to own and scale UK search growth. You will drive performance across Google Search, Performance Max, Shopping, Display, YouTube and Gmail, managing multi-seven-figure monthly budgets and working with cross-functional teams to optimise landing pages and measurement.

You will apply deep expertise in regulated industries, maintain compliance, and push for continuous improvements in CTR, CVR and ROAS while staying ahead of platform changes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in search or paid media.
• Deep hands-on experience with Google campaigns.
• Proven ability to plan, execute and interpret landing page experiments.
• Highly analytical with data-driven mindset and clear stakeholder communication.
• Experience in healthcare, pharma, insurance, or other regulated industries.

Responsibilities

• Own the UK Google Search growth strategy across Performance Max, Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube and Gmail.
• Manage and optimise seven-figure monthly media budgets with colleagues on budget allocation.
• Lead A/B and multivariate landing page testing to turn data into actionable insights.
• Collaborate with design, analytics and engineering to improve CTR, CVR and ROAS.
• Champion a culture of testing and optimisation across the funnel; embed experimentation at every stage.
• Stay ahead of platform changes, monitor new Google features and healthcare advertising compliance.
• Report performance using Google Analytics, Search Console and Looker Studio with clarity and precision.
• Analyse competitors and UK market trends to identify growth opportunities and bidding strategies.
• Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, design and Growth Lead to ensure consistent messaging.
