Job summary

Eucalyptus is hiring a Growth Lead to own end-to-end patient acquisition for a category, with accountability for revenue and CAC targets. You’ll run a fast-paced, experiment-driven engine with a dedicated creative pod, central buying, CRM and analytics teams executing alongside you.

You’ll own strategy, channel mix, and the funnel from ad to order, while driving weekly reviews and data-driven decisions. Hybrid UK-based role with strong growth potential.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in performance/growth marketing with a track record of scaling acquisition.
• Deep expertise in Paid Social or Paid Search (SEM) and full digital marketing mix.
• Commercial ownership of acquisition budgets with CAC/ROAS targets.
• Strong creative instincts for performance creative (video and static).
• Highly analytical, data-driven, and comfortable with CAC, LTV:CAC, cohort analysis.
• Rigorous experimentation and fast, proactive ownership in a high‑tempo environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the category acquisition number, plan, forecast spend and new-patient volume.
• Define growth strategy and channel mix; own CAC/ROAS targets with central teams.
• Provide creative direction to a dedicated pod and test multiple concepts.
• Own the funnel from ad to landing page to order with CRO collaboration.
• Manage an always-on experiment roadmap across creative, channels, and offers.
• Partner with Marketing Analytics for attribution, incrementality and data insights.
• Oversee acquisition nurture in CRM and feedback to proposition/brand teams.
• Ensure acquisition quality and collaborate with Retention to optimize cohorts.
• Lead weekly growth reviews and translate strategy into actions.
