The role blends strategic insight with delivery discipline, identifying growth opportunities, coordinating activities and steering pilots to scale, with governance to senior leadership.

You will work from Nottingham or London with travel, and contribute to a best-in-class workplace culture.

• Experience in strategy development and execution within a complex organisation.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional strategic initiatives.

• Excellent stakeholder management at senior leadership levels.
