Job summary

E.ON Next is seeking a visionary Group Product Lead to shape the future of our Retail technology products. You will guide the product vision, manage a high-performing team and align internal and external partnerships to deliver compelling customer propositions.

You will work at the intersection of Technology, Commercial, Propositions and Operations, driving innovation and commercial success in a dynamic energy market across Nottingham or London with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Significant product management experience in technology-driven or SaaS environments.
• Able to translate customer and business insights into clear product visions and roadmaps.
• Experienced people leader who coaches and develops teams and builds a culture of trust and collaboration.
• Able to influence at Director and C-suite level and communicate complex ideas clearly.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the product vision and strategy for the Retail product area.
• Lead and develop high-performing product teams and empower decision-making.
• Collaborate with internal engineering teams, SaaS providers and external partners.
• Champion customer-led innovation using data, insights and emerging tech to improve value.
