E.ON Next Energy Ltd in the UK seeks a visionary Group Product Lead to shape Retail technology and drive the product strategy across platforms and partnerships. You will lead and inspire product teams to turn complex challenges into opportunities for innovation and customer value, aligning roadmaps with commercial goals.

You will guide senior stakeholders, collaborate across engineering, SaaS and external partners, and champion customer-led innovation using data and market insights to stay ahead

Qualifications

• Significant product management experience in a technology-driven or SaaS environment.
• Proven track record leading complex products or portfolios and delivering commercial results.
• Strategic thinker who can turn customer and business insights into clear product visions and roadmaps.
• Experienced people leader who coaches and develops talent, builds empowered teams and a culture of trust.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the product vision and strategy for the Retail product area, ensuring our technology roadmap supports growth and customer needs.
• Develop high-performing product teams, empowering them to make decisions, experiment and deliver meaningful outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal engineering, SaaS providers and external partners to create a connected product ecosystem.
• Identify strategic opportunities with senior leaders and align priorities with wider business goals.
• Champion customer-led innovation using data and market insights to shape pricing, tariffs and value.
• Drive continuous improvement across the product portfolio using experimentation and performance insights.
