Job summary

E.ON Next in the UK is seeking a Head of Growth Delivery to drive and deliver the strategic growth agenda, aligning across E.ON Next, E.ON UK and the wider Group to translate strategy into measurable, high-impact outcomes.

Based in Nottingham or London with travel between sites, you will lead cross-functional initiatives, shape growth opportunities, and provide governance and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in strategy development and execution within a complex organisation.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional strategic initiatives from concept through to scale.
• Strong understanding of portfolio management and business case development.

Responsibilities

• Identify growth priorities and translate strategy into measurable initiatives.
• Coordinate delivery across E.ON Next, E.ON UK and Group priorities, ensuring no duplication.
• Lead pilots and testing of new growth propositions and scale successful initiatives.
