Job summary

OVO Energy Group is seeking a Growth & Delivery Lead to ensure high-quality delivery of engineering work, align priorities with product management, and drive the development of our people within a fast‑growing energy tech environment.

You will partner with ICs to implement growth frameworks, enablement strategies, and performance reviews while scaling teams to meet Plan Zero goals. The role emphasizes leadership, process improvement, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Proven ability in managing software engineering delivery with planning, tracking and stakeholder management.
• Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities for engineers and product colleagues.
• Experience working in Agile environments and with engineering best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery for engineering and product objectives within a defined scope.
• Collaborate with IC partner, support and enable growth and performance across teams.
• Coach and drive career development through IC Growth Frameworks and performance reviews.
• Support recruitment and onboarding as needed.
• Ensure alignment with OVO's engineering standards and processes.
