Job summary

London Partners is seeking a Growth Executive to support recruitment, onboarding and performance across our growth programmes in London. You will build pipelines, engage prospective companies and help them navigate registration, onboarding and participation, while tracking outcomes and opportunities for improvement.

You will work with colleagues across marketing, events, CRM and impact teams to deliver high‑quality programme experiences, ensuring records are accurate and compliant and using

Qualifications

• Experience supporting programme delivery and client services in a growth or economic development context.
• Ability to build a meaningful network and engage diverse stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with ability to convert data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective growth programme participants across priority sectors.
• Support registration, onboarding and application processes to maximise completion and conversion.
• Assist with delivery of workshops, events and networking sessions to provide high‑quality participant experiences.
• Maintain accurate programme records and support KPI reporting and impact measurement.
• Collaborate with operations, impact and compliance colleagues to ensure consistency and governance.
