Job summary

You will coach others and embed scalable frameworks across the team, with strong ownership of outcomes. You will operate with autonomy, making informed decisions under uncertainty, and bring a full-stack, A/B experimentation

• Ability to map customer journeys, funnels, and feedback loops to revenue impact.
• Strong collaboration with engineers and founders to shape solutions with evidence.
