Job summary

PortSwigger is seeking a growth-focused Product Manager to own challenging growth problems, drive measurable outcomes, and work cross-functionally with engineering, design, data, marketing and leadership. You will translate insights into commercial value and run fast experiments to learn and iterate.

Play a key role in shaping product direction, prioritising initiatives, and maintaining momentum amid evolving evidence and business needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in growth/product roles within software or security tooling.
• Ability to translate customer insight into product outcomes.
• Proven track record of running experiments to drive growth.

Responsibilities

• Own growth problems and drive measurable outcomes from ambiguous data.
• Identify where growth is constrained across acquisition, activation, adoption, retention, monetisation, or pricing.
• Define target outcomes, leading indicators, success metrics, guardrail metrics, and stopping criteria.
• Create fast learning loops through experiments, prototypes, or temporary solutions where appropriate.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data, marketing, sales, and leadership to align around problems and trade-offs.
• Translate product signals into commercial value using data, funnels and cohort analysis.
• Make risks, dependencies, and evidence quality visible early and adjust plans as needed.
• Maintain momentum by adapting plans when evidence changes or priorities shift.
