Job summary

Fyxer is building an AI executive assistant and seeks a full-stack product thinker to drive product vision and strategy across a product domain, partnering with our product, growth, and leadership teams. You will operate at speed with significant autonomy, shaping solutions with engineers and founders from the start.

You will commit to learning fast, turning signals into direction, and raising the bar of product thinking across the team through scalable frameworks and ongoing coaching.

Responsibilities

• Turn ambiguity into direction by translating signals from customers, product data, and the market into clear problem framing and strategy.
• Work directly with engineers and founders to shape solutions rather than handing over specs.
• Use interviews, prototypes, experiments, product analytics, fake doors, usability tests, and behavioural analysis to validate ideas and reduce risk.
• Ship, learn, and iterate quickly from idea to shipped product with measurable outcomes and faster feedback loops.
• Raise the bar of product thinking across the team by coaching others and introducing scalable frameworks that keep the team close to customers.

Since launching in May 2024 we've grown to $30 million in ARR. Fyxer is building an AI executive assistant that handles emails, scheduling and follow-up, freeing people in client-facing roles to focus on their customers.

The Role

You'll drive product vision and strategy of a product domain / category design alongside our product / growth and leadership teams.

You will operate at speed. We care about generating signals quickly, making informed decisions, and learning fast. You are comfortable working with imperfect information and tightening thinking as you go.

You will have significant autonomy. We expect strong judgment, clear communication, and ownership of outcomes and a fullstack background around A/B experimentation and everything that comes with it.

What you will own:

You will own the quality of our product bets and the speed at which we learn.

• Turn ambiguity into direction. Take messy signals from customers, product data, and the market and translate them into clear problem framing and product strategy.

• Work directly with engineers. You will partner closely with engineers and founders from the start of an initiative, shaping solutions together rather than handing over specs.

• Use the right tools to validate ideas and reduce risk: interviews, prototypes, experiments, product analytics, fake doors, usability testing, and behavioural analysis

• Ship, learn, and iterate quickly. Move product bets from idea to shipped product to measurable outcomes, continuously tightening the loop between learning and building.

• Raise the bar of product thinking across the team by coaching others, introducing scalable frameworks, and helping the team stay close to customers
