Job summary

Stream is hiring a Senior Product Manager in London to own end-to-end delivery of paid wage-access and fintech features within our multi-product platform. The role is hybrid, requiring three days in the London office and two remote, collaborating with Engineering, Data, Design, Compliance and Partners.

You should have a proven track record shipping user-facing mobile or web products, strong quantitative skills, stakeholder management, AI-enabled work practices, and experience in regulated

Qualifications

• Proven track record shipping user-facing mobile or web products end-to-end.
• Strong quantitative skills; able to analyze data (SQL) and build a business case for leadership.
• Ability to ramp up quickly in unfamiliar domains; comfortable with ambiguity and independence.
• Excellent stakeholder management; comfortable working with leadership and external clients.
• AI-native approach to prototyping, analysis, and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Learn at pace: ramp into a new area quickly and form a clear point of view on what matters.
• Own outcomes end to end: manage from discovery to launch and iteration with defined success metrics.
• Make the commercial case: size opportunities and model economics for partners and users.
• Work with cross-functional stakeholders: collaborate with Engineering, Data, Design, Compliance, New Business and Client Success.
• Build well in a regulated environment: ensure FCA requirements guide product decisions.
• Raise the bar on how we build: prototype, analyse and ship faster and share learnings.
