GreenScale Data Centres is seeking a hands‑on Management Accountant to own AP and month‑end close, maintain financial controls, and support group reporting as the business scales its international platform.

You will work closely with the Director of Accounting to deliver accurate financial data, drive process improvements, and ensure high standards of data integrity across entities in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Pursuing a professional qualification (ACCA/ACA/CIMA)
• Hands‑on experience in posting AP and month‑end close including journals and reconciliations
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred)
• Solid understanding of financial controls and core accounting principles
• Ability to own processes and deliver high‑quality outputs independently
• Existing right to work in the UK
• Experience in fast‑paced or scaling environments
• Experience in multi‑entity or international business

Aufgaben

• Review and post supplier invoices into NetSuite with proper approvals and VAT treatment
• Own month-end close processes, postings of journals, reconciliations, and supporting schedules
• Prepare monthly management accounts and assist with group reporting and consolidation
• Maintain balance sheet integrity with reconciliations for accounts receivable/payable and banks
• Manage end‑to‑end payments and ensure compliance with internal controls
• Maintain data integrity in NetSuite and support system/process improvements
• Process payroll journals and intercompany transactions; support audit requests
